Palio's menu is a veritable culinary tour of Italy; emphasizing the cooking of Piemonte, Emilia Romagna and Tuscany in the fall and winter, Rome and Umbria in the spring, and Sicily and Naples in the summer. Our menu utilizes locally sourced and organic produce from small family farms as well as sustainable meats, poultry and fish - just like they do in the best Italian restaurants.

The Wine Spectator award winning wine list has always been exceptional, including a wide range of Italian varietals, plus several sought after California vintages- all competitively priced.
